Innovation Engine Competition Update

By the close of applications for the Innovation Engine Competition, fifty-nine applications had been received. As a result, fifteen elementary schools, nineteen middle schools, and twenty-five high schools will be eligible for awards ranging from $250 to $3,000.

Between April 26 and May 24, entered sites across the state will be evaluated by student-teacher teams. An awards announcement is expected in late May. A special awards ceremony is planned for the three state-wide winners. Following the awards announcement, the winners will be posted on the Innovation Engine Competition's Web site.
