The OPEN Clearinghouse is a true clearinghouse in every sense of the word. This team of talented professionals is charged with examining the many ways in which technology can better serve the classroom teacher. The project goals will include developing a regional strategy for technology-based staff development, as well as identifying and promoting existing models.To achieve these goals, it is essential that all K-12 teachers, administrators and staff have more immediate and specific education and support to help students learn through computers and the Internet. Through this newsletter, as well as the online Internet version, we plan to help keep you up-to-date on exciting new tools as they become available.
