Willard Policy
These sample documents were co-developed under contract with Ms. Nancy Willard and a license to all Oregon public school districts to use the K-12 Internet Use Policy templates developed by Willard has been purchased by OPEN. The term "use" includes the right to reproduce, modify, and distribute within the district. This license encompasses all Internet use policy templates currently developed by Willard and any updates. The license does not include additional supplementary education materials that may be produced by Willard. These documents were specifically developed to address the legal, ethical, educational, and management needs of districts using the Internet through OPEN.
