Oregon Community College Distance Learning Consortium OCC DL is a consortium that consists of the 17 community colleges in Oregon and 2 colleges in Southwestern Washington. These schools have joined together to promote and provide distance education for non-traditional students. Its goal is to provide access to education for all students regardless of their location. The consortium is staffed by the Distributed Learning and Technologies, a division of the Oregon Department of Community Colleges and Workforce Development. The director and the office staff communicate with all participating colleges and work as a liaison with students seeking information on distance education. Oregon Network for Education The Oregon Network for Education (ONE) is a one-stop marketplace for college and university distance education courses, programs, and services. All courses and degree programs are offered by Oregon colleges and universities accredited by the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges.
