Citation Maker was a joint project of the OPEN Clearinghouse and the Oregon School Library Information System (OSLIS). It was initially developed in 1999, revised in 2003, and again in 2004. The information literacy "how to" lessons were written by media specialists working on the OPENC/OSLIS projects.
